Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Support in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, warning letters, and confirmations.
Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–1 year of relevant HR experience (internship or entry-level experience preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools or systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
