Junior Account Manager – BG (Lahore - Hybrid) Type: Full-Time | Start Date: ASAP

BG is a fast-growing digital agency specializing in paid ads, social media, and email marketing for mission-driven brands. We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our team — someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to grow in a client-facing role.

This role is ideal for recent graduates in Marketing (or a related field) or candidates with internship/entry-level experience in digital marketing or client services.

Responsibilities

• Support in managing client communication and maintaining strong relationships
• Assist in coordinating digital campaigns across paid ads, social media, and email marketing
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketers to ensure timely delivery of tasks
• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items
• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality before sharing with clients
• Ensure client requests are acknowledged and followed up in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong spoken and written English (near-native level preferred)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, paid ads, email)
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Trello, or similar is a plus
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership

Nice to Have

• Internship or 6–12 months experience in a marketing or agency environment
• Experience working with designers or content teams
• Interest in nonprofit or mission-driven work
