Junior HR & Admin Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Oversee onboarding procedures and maintain accurate employee records & attendance.
  • Handle daily office administration tasks and coordinate with management for smooth operations.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Support management in day-to-day HR and administrative functions as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven HR/Admin experience (mandatory).
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Well-organized, proactive, and capable of working independently during evening shifts.
  • Ability to handle both HR responsibilities and office administration effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Time Schedule:

  • Full-time position (On-Site, Lahore Office)
  • 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Rotating Shift, 8 hours)
  • Flexibility and readiness to work evening shifts are essential.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
