Junior HR Executive

Experience: 1 to 2 years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Junior HR Executive to assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support attendance, payroll, and compliance processes.
• Contribute to engagement and training activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or corporate sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
