Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Timings: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening & interview coordination
• Support smooth onboarding — documentation, joining formalities & orientation
• Maintain accurate and well-organized HR records and employee files
• Assist with attendance monitoring, leave management & basic payroll tasks
• Handle employee queries with a polite, professional attitude
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR operations
• Assist in planning employee engagement activities & company events
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
