Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support daily HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of HR functions, and the ability to handle employee-related matters efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files (manual and digital)
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and attendance records
  • Assist in processing visas, contracts, renewals, and other HR documentation
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and benefits
  • Coordinate with PRO/Admin for labor-related documentation
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Bahrain labor laws
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in GCC/Bahrain HR operations
  • Knowledge of visa processing and employee relations
  • Immediate joiners preferred
