Junior HR Generalist – Recruitment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Posting and managing job advertisements on various career portals and social media platforms.
- Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining the candidate database and ensuring all recruitment data is up-to-date.
- Assisting in the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
- Supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks and generalist duties.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or final year students are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and possessing strong organizational skills.
- A keen interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
