Junior HR Officer

Job Type: On-site / Full-time

Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000

Location: Nasheman-e-Iqbal, near UCP (University of Central Punjab)

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Officer to support daily HR operations and assist in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and interview scheduling
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Handle basic employee queries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR, BBA, or related field preferred)
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
