Role Overview
We are looking for a very young, confident, and high-energy HR Associate who is bold, outspoken, and comfortable addressing groups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys public speaking, employee engagement, and people interaction, along with hands-on exposure to hiring and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding

Actively drive employee engagement initiatives: townhalls, activities, celebrations, and communication sessions

Conduct floor interactions, HR connects, and open discussions with employees

Represent HR in meetings, inductions, and employee forums

Assist in HR operations: documentation, HRMS updates, attendance, and records

Handle employee queries with confidence and clarity

Work closely with HR Manager and Founder to align people initiatives
