About Us

We are a small, fast-moving residential remodeling company focused on efficient, clean, and repeatable renovations. We complete full home remodels and are looking for someone who can help streamline design decisions and measurements so projects move quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Visit properties and take accurate measurements (rooms, walls, doors, windows)
• Take clear photos of interiors and layouts
• Create simple layout plans (no complex architecture required)
• Recommend practical placement for features (ex: half bathroom, openings, etc.)
• Select finishes (paint, flooring, cabinets, fixtures) based on company standards
• Build simple material lists with product names and estimated pricing

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years experience (students and recent grads welcome)
• Basic understanding of interior design or residential layouts
• Strong attention to detail when measuring
• Ability to make decisions without needing constant direction
• Practical mindset (we care about cost, durability, and speed—not luxury design)
• Reliable and able to move quickly between projects

Important

This is NOT a high-end design role.
We are not looking for artistic or luxury-focused designers.

We need someone who:

• Keeps things simple and clean
• Can follow a system
• Helps us move fast

Compensation

• $300–$700 per project (depending on scope)
• OR

Bonus (Not Required)

• Experience with basic design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.)

• Understanding of basic construction or remodeling

We are looking for someone long-term who can grow with our company and help us standardize our remodeling process.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
