Junior IT Administrator

Impetus Systems (FlowHCM) is on a lookout for a Junior IT Administrator

As a Junior IT Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of systems, networks, and hardware while maintaining security and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• System Setup & Configuration: Install and configure software, hardware, accounts, and workstations.
• Network & Server Management: Manage network servers, technology tools, and internet-related issues.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and maintain operations according to requirements.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues, outages, and technical problems promptly.
• Security Management: Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Upgrades & Maintenance: Upgrade systems with new releases and models to keep infrastructure up to date.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in system configurations and monitoring.
• Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication for effective collaboration.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduates to 6 months of experience in IT support or administration.
