Junior IT Officer

Job Summary:

The Junior IT Officer will support the IT team in maintaining the organization’s hardware, software, and network systems. The role includes assisting with troubleshooting, user support, basic network tasks, and maintaining IT asset records.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide first-level technical support to staff.

· Assist in installation and configuration of computers and software.

· Troubleshoot hardware, printer, and network issues.

· Maintain IT inventory and update asset records.

· Help with system updates and routine maintenance.

· Support email and internet connectivity issues.

· Coordinate with vendors for minor IT needs.

· Assist in managing CCTV and basic server monitoring.

· Follow up with departments to confirm issue resolution.

· Performroutine system health checks (disk space, antivirus status, etc.).

· Take printers, PCs for repair/service to vendor (if needed)

· Collect and deliver IT documents or items to nearby offices/vendors
