Junior Key Account Manager

We are looking for a 'Junior Key Account Manager' for our global partner operating consumer health products industry.


Job Description:

  • Develop and execute customer-specific sales plans in line with targets to achieve revenue, distribution, and market share growth.
  • By understanding key customer needs and requirements, propose solutions that meet customer objectives.
  • Drive the implementation of trade promotions, recommended pricing strategies and new product launches, ensuring timely and effective rollouts.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and respond proactively to challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in account management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use sales data effectively.
  • Customer-focused and proactive problem solver.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Team player with strong collaboration abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Can drive actively and having no restriction of travel.
