Junior Laravel Developer

We are looking for a Junior Laravel Developer with strong foundational knowledge of Laravel and practical hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, or lab work. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and work under the mentorship of a senior Laravel developer on real-world projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of Laravel-based web applications
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable PHP/Laravel code
• Work with MySQL databases, including CRUD operations and basic queries
• Implement basic REST APIs under guidance
• Debug issues and fix bugs in existing applications
• Collaborate with frontend developers and follow coding standards
• Work with Blade templates for UI rendering
• Learn and apply Laravel best practices and clean architecture principles
• Use Git for version control (commit, pull, push)

Requirements

• Fresh graduates with strong knowledge of Laravel with 0 - 1 year of experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience through: Internships, Academic projects, Lab work or personal projects
• Strong understanding of: PHP & Laravel Framework, MVC architecture, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• The candidate should be flexible and open to working on multiple responsibilities, including basic QA / software testing tasks, as required by the project.
• Willingness to support the team across different project areas beyond development when needed.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and project requirements.
• A collaborative mindset with readiness to learn new skills and contribute wherever required.
• Basic knowledge of: REST APIs, Blade Templates, Bootstrap or AdminLTE
• Strong working knowledge of Git
• Ability to clearly explain concepts during interviews
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback positively
• GitHub profile is mandatory
• Laravel projects (academic or personal) should be available on GitHub
• Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
