Junior Manager - Digital Products

Job Purpose:

Responsible to oversee the digital content, with a special focus on crafting engaging 2D animations and videos. Will be responsible for developing animation strategies that align with the Content and Content marketing goals, enhancing the brand’s digital presence, ensuring digital assets for any subject is taken care off.

Key Accountabilities:

• Create engaging and professional video content, including promotional videos, product demos, tutorials, and animated infographics, PowerPoint presentations and animations.
• Develop animations and motion graphics using the existing assets to enhance video content and convey complex concepts visually.
• Utilize any existing illustrations/mascots/ or create them from scratch for animations related to the educational content/support content for books.
• Maintain a content library, ensuring all assets are organized and easily accessible.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in animation, video editing,
• 3D knowledge is desirable but not mandatory
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
• Hands on knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proven experience in video editing and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Basic knowledge of Illustration, character animation preferred.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate).
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
