Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Associate to join our investment advisory office. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and print advertising.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media channels that aligns with brand messaging and goals.
  • Support SEO efforts by optimizing website content and monitoring performance using Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with the team on advertising sales initiatives and performance marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Assist in managing e-commerce platforms and ensuring product listings are up-to-date.
  • Help with budgeting for marketing campaigns and tracking expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Contribute to email marketing efforts by creating compelling copy and analyzing campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing is essential.
  • Experience with tools like WordPress, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and Marketing automation software is a plus.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in copywriting with an understanding of B2B marketing principles.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is beneficial for website management tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
