Junior Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Support Branding/Logo Guidelines + Signage:

Work alongside a graphic designer to support the development and roll out of a cohesive branding/logo style guide.

Support the development of new signage across our properties.

Note: this work may include some support for our U.K properties also.

Retail Product Design:

Work alongside a graphic designer to support the concepting, design development and final artwork across a new retail range.

Lead Development of All Marketing Collateral:

Lead development of both physical and digital marketing collateral and printing to effectively market our properties and venues.

Support Social Content Capture:

Capture engaging and distinctive social content across our unique properties inclusive new menus, seasonality across activities / events / weddings / banquets / corporate events as well as updated rentals inventory.

Support Website Optimization:

Implement agency SEO/GEO optimization tactics on our websites, including key word integration, refreshing blog posts and building itineraries.

Support Marketing Events, Activities and Brand Collaborations

Support a vibrant calendar of events, activities, and collaborations that reflect our brand values and stimulate incremental revenue growth.

Be our “boots on the ground” at key Whim events to ensure live content capture.

Budget Inputs and Performance Analysis:

Assist in the preparation of the marketing budget. Track and monitor expenses related to marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with financial objectives.

Conduct performance analysis and create reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Research & Trend Analysis:

Stay passionately informed about emerging marketing trends and audience engagement strategies to uncover exciting opportunities for branding and outreach.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing efforts.

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.
  • Experienced in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Proficient in photography and video content capture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated strong understanding of social media platforms and hospitality trends.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with exceptional organizational skills.
  • A truly creative thinker excited by the unique challenges every day brings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
