Junior Marketing Executive – (Real Estate)

We are looking for a Marketing Executive with strong Digital Expertise and proven experience in the real estate sector. This role combines digital marketing with offline activities, supporting brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role combines strategic execution across digital platforms with hands-on involvement in offline campaigns, events, and branding initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset to strengthen brand presence, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media, property portals, SEO/SEM).
• Create and execute social media content, video, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate the design and production of brochures, flyers, signage, and sales kits for projects.
• Support events, exhibitions, PR, and offline marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with agencies, photographers, and media partners.
• Align marketing activities with sales objectives and ensure brand consistency.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all communications.
• Work with creative agencies, photographers, and videographers to deliver high-quality marketing assets
• Contribute ideas for innovative marketing strategies that highlight Lincoln Group’s values: Nature. Wellbeing. Excellence.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of real estate marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms & analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM).
• Experience in events, PR, and marketing collateral.
• Excellent communication and project management skills. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
• Experience in event management, print materials, and partnership activations.
