Junior Marketing & IT Coordinator (Microsoft Dynamics / Exchange)

Overview:
IMGS Group is looking for a proactive Junior Marketing & IT Coordinator to support both marketing activities and internal IT systems. This role is suitable for a candidate early in their career who has hands-on exposure to Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Exchange, along with an interest in digital marketing and technology. The candidate will assist in maintaining systems, supporting users, and contributing to marketing initiatives that strengthen IMGS Group’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

IT & Systems Support:

• Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Exchange systems.
• Assist in user account management, troubleshooting, and system updates.
• Support system integrations, data management, and internal IT documentation.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for maintenance and issue resolution.
• Ensure proper system usage, security practices, and data organization.

Marketing Support:

• Assist in executing digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Support content creation and design using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
• Help track marketing performance and maintain simple reports or dashboards.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and brand communication initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Microsoft Exchange (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
