Are you a results-driven marketing and business development professional? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to drive growth, build client relationships, and expand our market presence in the construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, industrial, and logistics sectors.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and secure new clients, contracts, and long-term agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market research and recommend pricing & promotional strategies.
• Prepare commercial & technical proposals; support tendering & contract negotiations.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Monitor sales performance, leads, and revenue; provide actionable business insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in equipment rental, construction, or manpower supply.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and securing contracts.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
