Skylight Codework are seeking an energetic Junior Meta Ads Specialist with 6 to 12 months of hands-on experience in paid social media. This role is crucial for supporting our marketing team by executing, optimizing, and reporting on advertising campaigns across the Meta platform (Facebook and Instagram) to drive key business growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Assist senior specialists in the technical setup, launch, and ongoing management of campaigns within the Meta Ads Manager.
• Performance Monitoring: Daily tracking of key metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, ROAS, CPA) to ensure efficient budget pacing and goal attainment.
• Audience & Creative: Support the refinement of audience targeting (Custom & Lookalike Audiences) and coordinate creative assets (copy/visuals) with the design team.
• Optimization & Testing: Assist in implementing A/B tests and apply basic performance-based optimizations to maximize results.
• Reporting: Compile and present clear, basic weekly performance summaries and data insights.
• Platform Knowledge: Stay updated on Meta's ad policies, features, and platform changes.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of proven, hands-on experience in running paid advertising campaigns, ideally on Facebook/Instagram.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of the Meta Ads Manager interface and core campaign structure.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Analytical: Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret basic campaign data and metrics.
• Preferred: Prior exposure to Google Analytics, understanding of the e-commerce/lead generation funnel, or Meta Blueprint certification.
