Junior Performance Marketer (Intern → Junior → Executive)

Salary Path:

- Internship (3 Months): 15,000 PKR

- Junior (Next 3 Months): 30,000 PKR

- Regular Employee: 40,000–45,000 PKR + Growth

About the Role: We’re hiring a young, analytical, and proactive performance marketer who wants to grow into a full-time ads expert. You’ll work directly under our Co-Founder (COO – Iqrar Hussain) and manage real ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up & optimizing ad campaigns.
• Conduct ad research, audience targeting, and reporting.
• Learn and apply creative ad strategies.
• Use AI tools for data insights & performance analysis.

Requirements:

• 6–12 months of experience (internship or job) in Meta/Google Ads preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing & paid media.
• Independent worker with self-learning attitude.
• Strong problem-solving & analytical approach.
• Excellent English & communication.
• Educated — O/A Level background preferred.
