Job Title: Junior Procurement Engineer – Civil / Construction

Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Procurement Engineer with solid experience in construction and civil works. The candidate must have at least 5 years of procurement experience in the construction industry, with strong knowledge of civil materials, suppliers, and market practices.

Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement of civil and construction-related materials.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and contracts.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with project and site teams for material planning.
• Maintain vendor relationships and update procurement records.
• Support cost control and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in construction (civil works only).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and suppliers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
