Support GTM planning and execution for new and existing products and services across all pillars
Assist in defining target audiences, messaging, positioning, and launch strategies
Help create and update product collateral, campaigns, and marketing content including email campaigns, social media posts, infographics, case studies, and whitepapers
Monitor digital marketing campaigns and suggest improvements for demand generation
Support reputation management initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging
Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategy
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align GTM strategy with demand generation and sales enablement
Help interpret campaign metrics and provide insights for optimization
Assist in developing and maintaining content calendars and marketing timelines
Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, messaging, and positioning
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, GTM planning, or demand generation, preferably in B2B services
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Outplay, or similar) and social media channels
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of BPO, professional services, or tech-enabled services marketing
Understanding of GTM planning, product launches, and campaign rollouts
Basic knowledge of SEO, paid media campaigns, and content marketing strategies
Ability to create presentation decks or simple visuals in PowerPoint or Canva
