Junior Project Coordinator

Position Title: Junior Project Coordinator – IT Services
Location: I-10/3 Islamabad
Job Type: Full-Time 6 PM to 2 AM onsite
Experience Required: 6months - 1 year
Industry: IT Services / Software Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating software development and service-based projects.
• Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure smooth communication and task alignment.
• Help maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Monitor timelines and follow up with team members to avoid delays.
• Participate in meetings and record key action items.
• Learn and apply project management tools and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6months –1 years of experience in project coordination.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role over time.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
