Junior Project Manager

We’re looking for a passionate and organized individual ready to take the next step in their career as a Junior Project Manager.

If you’ve completed 2–3 internships at top software houses like Folio3, Contour Software, or Viftech, and have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in managing and coordinating software development projects.
• Define project goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with teams.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Track project progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Communicate effectively with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure alignment.
• Maintain proper project documentation and reports.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management , or a related field.
• 2–3 internships in reputable software houses (Folio3, Contour Software, Viftech, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience in conducting Scrum ceremonies.
• Basic technical knowledge related to web and mobile technologies (React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Flutter).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a full-fledged Project Manager.
