JOB DESCRIPTION: JUNIOR PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Work Mode: In-person

Experience Required: 1–3 years

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated Junior Purchase Executive to support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling vendor coordination, purchase documentation, and internal communication with accounts and site teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time.
• Maintain records of materials, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Handle reconciliation of purchase data with accounts and site teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in estimation of material requirements based on project needs.
• Support price negotiations to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Prepare basic comparison sheets for vendor quotations.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice processing and payments.
• Communicate with project/site teams to understand material needs and delivery schedules.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Basic understanding of purchase workflows and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and documentation.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

WORKING HOURS

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
