Position Name: Quantity Surveyor

Qualification: BE / Diploma Civil with QS Certification
Experience: 2- 5 yrs
Industry: Real Estate / Constructions
Location: Chennai
Salary: Negotiable

Autocad Knowledge is must

Role Description

Ø Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Cost Estimates and tender documents for construction projects, taking into account materials, labour, and other expenses.

Ø Tender Evaluation, Rate Analysis, M Book Calculations, Procurement Process, Negotiation and Finalisation with Vendors & Contractors.

Ø Managing project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs.

Ø Coordinating with Architects, consultants and designers for clarifications in drawings if any.

Ø Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all project-related costs and financial transactions.

Ø Provide expert advice on procurement, risk management and cost-saving measures.

Ø Bills Certification and Payment processing.

Ø Analyse and monitor project costs and budget, identifying and addressing variances.

Ø Prepare and submit progress reports, budget reports, and financial reports for clients and management.

Ø Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Ø Conduct periodical site visits to ensure measurements and consumption are as per approved quantities

Ø Periodical coordination for architectural, electrical, mechanical works at sites

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
