Junior Quantity Surveyor

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects
• Analyze architectural and engineering drawings
• Monitor construction costs and report on budget performance
• Measure and value completed work on sit
• Administer construction contracts and ensure compliance
• Work closely with Project Engineers....
• Conduct regular site visits ..
• Assist with risk management and cost planning

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and contracts
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Computer literacy (Auto cad , spreadsheets, estimating software)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
