Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Take off quantities from drawings and specifications
- Support cost estimation and budgeting for projects
- Assist in preparation of interim valuations and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and track variations
- Prepare material quantity reports and cost comparisons
- Coordinate with site engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Maintain proper documentation and records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic measurement software
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
