Job Title: Junior Recruiter (On-site)
Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT
Type: Full-time

About the Role

Wadic is hiring a Junior Recruiter to support our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Prior IT recruitment experience is an advantage, but we also welcome fresh talent eager to learn and adapt. Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for IT and specialized roles.
• Build strong pipelines through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and skills.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess capabilities and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience through timely updates and feedback.
• Support hiring managers in offer negotiations and final selections.
• Keep recruitment data updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 6 months – 1 year of experience in recruitment (technical or non-technical).
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, methods, and best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and evaluate related skills.
