Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
    • Source candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and scheduling interviews.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Support hiring managers in defining job requirements and preparing job descriptions.
    • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
    • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing a career in recruiting.
  • Experience in the technology or digital industry is a plus.
