Junior Reservation Executive

Airoza Travels is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior Reservation Executive – Travel Consultant / Air Ticketing to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the travel industry and committed to providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle booking and reservations for domestic and international travel
• Assist clients with itinerary planning, pricing, and queries.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely confirmations.
• Maintain records of bookings and prepare reports as required.
• Provide post-booking support including changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication throughout the reservation process.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field (preferred).
• Minimum 6 months-1 years of experience in travel reservations or customer service.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam/Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of reservation platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or similar is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Male candidates prefered

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
