Junior Sales Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to support the Tender Department in the Maintenance Division. The candidate will assist in preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the sales process for maintenance service projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents and proposals.
• Review tender requirements, specifications, and scope of work.
• Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to collect required information.
• Prepare technical and commercial documentation for tender submissions.
• Maintain records of tender submissions, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in cost estimation and quotation preparation.
• Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations when required.
• Ensure compliance with tender guidelines and company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, tendering, or maintenance services (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of maintenance services, HVAC, or MEP systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
