Junior sales Engineer- Female

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Engineer Female to join our dynamic team in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales process, with a focus on pipe fittings, flanges, and related industrial components. This position is ideal for candidates who are technically inclined, organized, and eager to grow in a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and sales proposals based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Obtain and compare prices from suppliers and manufacturers for valves, fittings, flanges, and other piping materials.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to clarify requirements, follow up on quotes, and support the sales process.
• Coordinate with internal teams (purchasing, logistics, technical) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and quote tracking logs.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and commercial offers.
• Handle inquiries and technical questions with guidance from senior engineers or managers.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and trade shows when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ability to work with ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and good organizational habits.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
