Junior Sales Executive

Karachi, Pakistan

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The role involves promoting company products or services, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong presentation and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in relevant industry, e.g., IT solutions, FMCG, real estate, etc.].
  • Knowledge of digital sales tools or lead generation platforms.
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.

  • Karachi Shahra-E-Faisal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
