Job Description:
The Junior Sales Executive will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team in generating new business and developing customer relationships for Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure Technologies – part of Teksalah's portfolio of solutions, products, and services. This is a great opportunity for freshers or individuals with minimal sales experience who are eager to learn and grow in the IT consulting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in identifying and engaging with new prospects and clients. Assist in understanding customer needs and proposing ICT solutions that address those challenges.
Help to build and maintain a sales pipeline for ICT solutions, products, and services. Participate in customer meetings and presentations to support sales initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client projects and services.
Assist in achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and market opportunities in the ICT sector.
Contribute to sales workshops and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Provide administrative support to the senior sales team, including the preparation of proposals and sales reports
Qualification Criteria:
Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1-2 years of sales experience.
Basic understanding of IT and technology services such as Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Virtualization is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Academic: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (IT/Business preferred).
