Job Description:

The Junior Social Media Manager assists in planning, creating, and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth across digital platforms. This role supports senior team members in content creation, campaign analysis, and community management to strengthen the company’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and manage community interactions.
• Support paid ad campaigns and track performance metrics.
• Conduct competitor and trend research to identify new opportunities for engagement.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvement strategies.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Strong communication and creative writing skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Experience:

0–2 years in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
