Junior Social Media Executive

About the Role

Creative Squad Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Junior Social Media Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while working with diverse clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with client goals
• Create engaging content, including captions, post ideas, and basic creative direction
• Schedule and publish content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X)
• Monitor social media channels for trends, audience behavior, and engagement opportunities
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct competitor and market research to improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
• Track and report social media performance using analytics tools
• Stay updated with the latest platform updates, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Basic familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Media, or related field preferred)
• Experience: Fresh to 1 year (Internship experience is a plus)
• Age: 20 – 30 years
