We are seeking profiles for the positions of " Supply chain / Operations Executive" candidates must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage high-volume workloads while meeting deadlines. You’ll also have strong attention to detail whilst delivering great customer service, must be outstanding in the strong follow-ups , record keeping .

-You are likely to be processing lots of information using a computer, so you’ll need strong IT skills , Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
-Ensure that all documentation is completed in a correct manner and presented within the expected time frames as designated by the departmental head at any given time.
-Seek innovative ways to improve service and cost, which will include both technological and process improvements.
-Excellent communication skills are also important, to ensure the office operates efficiently.
-Communicate effectively with customers, clients, different foreign government authorities & team members by telephone, and electronically. Proactively organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries, investigate, and solve shipment problems, & etc.
-Taking ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution.
-Ensure timely and effective communication takes place within defined time limits.
-Ensure timely resolution of any discrepancy in invoicing.
-Maintain a positive working relationship at all levels.
-Interact with clients on the phone and email in a professional manner
-Able to work under minimum supervision.
-Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure
-Can work under pressure .
Education: Graduate
Experience : 1-2 Years Minimum in same field
Other Skills: Proficient in written and verbal communication in English (Mandatory).
Good command of MS excel.
Excellent organization, planning and communication skills.
Good communication skill with good command over written and spoken English
