Junior System Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Junior System Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers and email systems. The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, maintain security standards, and provide technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, workstations, and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls)
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Configure and support network printers and peripherals
• Administer email platforms (Microsoft 365, Exchange, Gmail, etc.) and perform email migrations
• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support to users
• Manage Active Directory, user access, and security policies
• Perform system backups and support disaster recovery readiness

Requirements

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Hands-on printer troubleshooting experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

• Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA or equivalent
• Experience with cloud platforms, virtualization, and monitoring tools
