Job Title: Junior Technical Recruiter
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Work Model: On-site
Office Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Job Overview:

As a Junior Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top technical talent for the organization. The role requires someone who understands IT roles, technologies, and market trends while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers to fulfill technical hiring needs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end technical recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and headhunting techniques to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Develop a strong candidate pipeline for technical positions such as software engineers, QA testers, designers, and developers.
  • Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications and culture fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and reports.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
  • Stay updated with current market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor hiring strategies.
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes for selected candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical or IT recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
  • Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job portals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
