  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for technical positions
  • Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
  • Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews and basic technical screening
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or recruitment trackers
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
  • Support senior recruiters in end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Follow up with candidates during the hiring process
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Learn and understand basic technical roles and skill requirements
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates
  • Comply with company recruitment policies and procedures
