- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for technical positions
- Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews and basic technical screening
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or recruitment trackers
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
- Support senior recruiters in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Follow up with candidates during the hiring process
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Learn and understand basic technical roles and skill requirements
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates
- Comply with company recruitment policies and procedures
