Role Of (MTO) Technical Recruitment
- Screen potential IT technical profiles
- Generate pipelines of potential IT-technical professionals to meet client required skillset and mandatory experience while using Linkedin Recruiter account.
- Maximum Reach to hunt best match profiles according to the JD and specific skillset or language .
- Must get 2 Potential selections of profile everyday for an open position choose as backup or recommended profile.
- Manage Online Schedule interviews between Senior Technical Recruitment Team and Service Delivery Team.
- Upload Technical Profiles in Odoo Software along with required information
- Soft Form of Data Management of Pipeline and Onboarded Technical Professionals.
- Email communication internal and external entities likewise Service delivery team, Technical Professional all over globe.
- Understand the process and procedure on Technical hiring from Screening, Shortlisting and Onboarding along with Contracts and other required documentations.
- Manage the time and task as per 8 hour shift and report daily to HOD of daily working in 1 Page Overview of Day Closing.
