About the Role

We’re looking for a Global Senior Technical Recruiter to drive high-volume recruiting across multiple roles, functions, and regions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend most of your time engaging candidates through video and phone interviews, building pipelines, and ensuring every interaction reflects our values.

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across global markets
• Conduct 30+ candidate interviews per week (5–6 hours/day)
• Evaluate candidates across both core/established technologies (Java, .NET, Python, C/C++, cloud platforms, databases) and emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, DevOps, data engineering, cybersecurity, etc.) following our Playbook and supportive documentation
• Actively source and engage top tech talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain large candidate pipelines for recurring roles
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience in every interaction
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Ops to align on technical priorities
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Fluency in English, written and spoken (near-native)
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong focus on technical and high-volume global recruitment
• Proven success in recruiting across engineering, product, and technical operations roles
• Experience hiring for both classical and emerging technologies
• Track record in startup and enterprise environments
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and tech communities
• Autonomous, outcome-driven recruiter who thrives in fast-moving settings
  

• Technical background (education or work experience)
• Exposure to remote-first or globally distributed teams
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Lever preferred)
