Brand Republic is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level CMS Developer to join our growing development team. This role is ideal for developers with hands-on experience in Content Management Systems (CMS), website development, and front-end customization, who are looking to work on diverse digital projects in a professional environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing CMS-based websites while collaborating with designers and content teams to ensure smooth functionality and user experience.

Job Details

• Position: CMS Developer (Junior to Mid-Level)
• Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 06, Karachi
• Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Job Type: Full-time, On-site
• Experience Required: 1–3 years of relevant experience in CMS development
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain CMS-based websites (WordPress or similar platforms)
• Implement website layouts, themes, and plugins according to project requirements
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and content teams to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility
• Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and technical errors
• Perform website updates, security checks, and content integration
• Ensure websites follow modern web development standards and best practices

Required Skills

• Strong experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP
• Experience with CMS theme customization and plugin integration
• Understanding of responsive web design and website optimization
• Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly website structure
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with website performance optimization and speed improvement
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
• Understanding of technical SEO implementation
