platform, supplying waste-based raw materials (used cooking oil, animal fats, acid oils)

to global biofuel, SAF, and renewable diesel markets.

combines physical trading execution with in-house technology and data-driven

processes to scale sustainably while maintaining strong operational and commercial

discipline.

Role Overview

The Junior Trading Operations & Systems Specialist will support Tagaddod’s Trading

Department by ensuring disciplined execution, system integrity, and cross-

functional coordination across all trading activities.

This role is central to the day-to-day functioning of the trading operation, with ownership

of execution on FLOW (Tagaddod’s in-house ERP system) and close interaction with

Trading, Logistics, Finance, and Technology teams.

Given that FLOW is an in-house system under continuous development, this role

requires a resilient, assertive, and solution-oriented individual who can operate

effectively in imperfect systems, manage ambiguity, and help bring structure to complex

and evolving processes.

Requirements

 Excellent command of English (very good to fluent level)

 Strong organizational and planning skills

 Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and deadlines

Preferred / Plus

 Proficiency in an additional foreign language (non-Arabic) is a strong

advantage

 Experience working with internal technology or process-improvement initiatives

 Advanced Excel or data-handling skills

 Exposure to commodities, logistics, or trading environments
