K-12 Learning and Development Trainer

Education thrives when teachers feel supported, challenged, and inspired. We’re seeking experienced educators to help guide schools and districts through meaningful professional learning that leads to stronger classrooms and student success.

As a K-12 Learning and Development Advisor, you’ll collaborate with educators to explore new ideas, refine instructional practices, and build a culture of continuous growth. Advisors connect research to real-world application, helping teachers and leaders find practical solutions that work in their unique settings.

This opportunity is ideal for education professionals with experience as teachers, administrators, coaches, professors, or consultants. Strong communication, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others grow are essential.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Work is project-based and self-directed. Advisors select projects that align with their expertise, manage their own schedules, and provide their own workspace and equipment. There are no guaranteed hours, and project details vary by client needs and goals.

We provide orientation, presentation resources, and ongoing support to ensure high-quality professional learning experiences. Each assignment offers the chance to collaborate with passionate educators and contribute to lasting improvement in teaching and learning.
