Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key quick commerce platforms and partners to drive consistent business growth.

Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Identify, evaluate, and execute sales opportunities within the quick commerce ecosystem to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Drive joint business plans with accounts, aligning company objectives with partner goals.

Lead negotiations on pricing, visibility, assortment, and promotions to maximize market share.

Business Development & Growth:

Explore new opportunities for category expansion, product launches, and promotional campaigns within the quick commerce channel.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to execute go-to-market strategies.

Performance Tracking & Analysis:

Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure achievement of targets.

Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights for leadership review.

Category & Market Insights:

Stay updated with trends in quick commerce, consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize assortment, pricing, and positioning.

Collaboration & Execution Excellence:

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment, smooth supply chain operations, and effective promotional execution.

Ensure all commercial agreements and operational commitments with partners are adhered to.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.

4-7 years of proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in quick commerce, e-commerce, FMCG, or retail industries.

Hands-on experience in managing key accounts, business development, and revenue growth.

Familiarity with quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Swiggy Instamart, Dunzo, etc.) will be an added advantage
