KAYALI Global Sales and Education Director

Summary

As the Global Sales and Education Director for KAYALI, you will be the brand's ambassador, igniting passion and expertise across our global sales teams and retail partners. You will design and deliver immersive training experiences that capture the heart of KAYALI's philosophy: empowering everyone to create their own scent story through the art of layering. Your mission is to elevate product knowledge, inspire brand advocacy, and ensure every interaction with KAYALI is infused with our signature warmth, creativity, and luxury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Education Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive global education strategy for product launches and core brand training, aligning with product education for internal sales teams and external retail partners worldwide, both in-person and virtually. Champion the KAYALI philosophy of scent layering, storytelling, and self-expression, ensuring all trainees can confidently communicate our unique brand DNA and product benefits.
  • Content Development & Delivery: Create training materials and modules, digital education toolkits, workshops, and educational materials that reflect KAYALI's voice, visual identity, and values, adapting content to diverse markets and audiences to drive product knowledge and sales performance. Deliver captivating product launches, masterclasses, and workshops that highlight the craftsmanship, inspiration, and artistry behind each KAYALI fragrance.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Manage annual budgets for educational tools, trainer resources, and seminars; track and analyze monthly reporting on training effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Influence regional education team members, conducting performance evaluations and mentoring. Act as a KAYALI culture carrier, fostering a sense of community, passion, and connection among sales and education teams and retail partners worldwide. Assess training effectiveness through feedback, sales performance, and KPIs, continuously optimizing programs for maximum impact.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, e-commerce and regional teams to align educational goals with business objectives and product launches. Align training with campaign launches, new product development, and global brand strategies.
  • Industry Trendspotting & Future Proofing: Stay ahead of fragrance industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to keep KAYALI's training best-in-class and future-focused.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years' experience in sales training, education, or field sales within the fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods industry.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Deep passion for fragrance, with a strong understanding of scent composition, layering, and storytelling.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills-charismatic, inspiring, and relatable.
  • Ability to translate brand vision and product knowledge into memorable, interactive learning experiences.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, with a global mindset and sensitivity to cultural nuances.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (especially Arabic or French) are a plus.
